Q) How long does it take to deliver?
A)We try to deliver within 5 working days from the day the order is placed. However, we usually get orders out the next day if they are placed before noon on Monday - Thursday.
Q)What are you delivery charges?
A)For orders over £200 delivery is free to mainland UK. For small items such as accessories and books we charge £3.50 for postage and packing. If there are a number of heavier books or accessories this will usually rise to £6. For larger items such as guitars, keyboards and violins delivery is by courier and is £8. For the heaviest items such as amplifiers delivery is £10.
Q)Who writes your information about products?
A)The product information is written by our experienced TM staff and specialist teachers such as James Rae (sax/clarinet). The technical details and information is provided by the suppliers or manufacturers.
